Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using LucidPicks ("the Site," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Description of Service

LucidPicks is a deal discovery platform that uses advanced data analysis to identify, score, and display product deals from major online retailers. We provide curated links to products on third-party retailer websites. LucidPicks does not sell products directly — all purchases are made through the respective retailer.

2. Affiliate Disclosure

LucidPicks participates in affiliate advertising programs with various online retailers. This means we earn a small commission when you click an affiliate link on our Site and make a qualifying purchase on the retailer's website. This comes at no additional cost to you — the price you pay is the same whether you use our link or not.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our deal scoring or editorial selection. Deals are evaluated based on objective data including price history, discount depth, and product quality.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate pricing, discount, and product information. However, all prices and availability are determined by the third-party retailers and may change at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee that prices, discounts, or product details displayed on LucidPicks will match the current price or availability at the time you visit the retailer's website. Always verify the final price, product details, and availability on the retailer's site before completing any purchase.

4. Automated Content and Deal Scores

LucidPicks uses automated systems to generate deal scores, product descriptions, and editorial content. This content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice or a guarantee of product quality, value, or suitability for your needs.

Deal scores reflect an automated assessment based on available data at the time of analysis. They are not endorsements. We recommend conducting your own research before making any purchase decision.

5. Third-Party Links and Websites

The Site contains links to third-party retailer websites that are not owned or controlled by LucidPicks. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, products, services, or policies of any third-party website. Your interactions with third-party websites, including any purchases you make, are governed entirely by that website's own terms and conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on LucidPicks — including but not limited to the site design, logo, branding, text, graphics, generated content, deal scores, and software — is the property of LucidPicks or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent. Product names, images, and trademarks displayed on the Site belong to their respective owners.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LucidPicks AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Site
  • Any products purchased through third-party retailer links on the Site
  • Inaccurate pricing, product information, or deal scores displayed on the Site
  • Any actions taken by third-party retailers or service providers
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LucidPicks and its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LucidPicks regarding your use of the Site. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
